Coach Adam Hnders Clarke College women's cross country team placed sixth in the eight-team Mount Mercy College Mustang Gallop Saturday in Cedar Rapids. Cornell College took the 4K women's team title, which was contested at Jones Park.

Clarke's Katie Hemesath placed sixth overall with a time of 16:34.

Hunter HIlls placed 34th overall in the men's 5K division with a time of 18:04.
