Cross Country - Fri, Nov. 8, 2013

Coach Adam Hinders' men's and women's cross country teams will compete in the 2013 Midwest Collegiate Conference Championship this Saturday at Jones Park in Cedar Rapids. The men's 8K event is scheduled to start at 11 a.m. with the women's 5K race set for noon.

St. Ambrose is the defending champion in both the men's and women's events.

The top team, along with the next top five individuals not from the championship team, will qualify to compete at the NAIA National Championships on November 23 at Rim Rock Farm in Lawrence, Kansas.
