
Abdulwali Amani added a second-half goal for the Crusaders, who improved to 5-7-2 overall and 2-4-1 in MCC action.
Ramic opened the scoring with a goal on an assist from Jared Akers at the 12:43 mark. Ramic put the Crusaders up 2-0 with an unassisted goal 16 minutes later.
Amani's second-half goal was unassisted at the 59:50 mark.
Both teams had 15 shots in the contest. Clarke had 10 shots on goal, while the visiting Tigers managed six shots on goal.
Iowa Wesleyan fell to 2-13 overall and 1-5 in MCC play following the setback.
Clarke will be on the road this weekend for a pair of non-conference matchups. The Crusaders will face Macalester College on Friday and Augsburg College on Saturday.
