Clarke College Head Women's Volleyball Coach Chris Miron has announced the program's 2008-09 team award winners. Award winners were selected by a vote of team members.
Miron also announced that Ashley Shields was a repeat selection on the Midwest Collegiate Conference first-team All-Conference team and that Erin Scheiber was an honorable mention All-Conference pick for the second straight year. All-Conference selections were determined by a vote of league coaches.
2008-09 Team Award Winners:
- Most Consistent Offense: Ashley Shields, So., Harvard, Ill.
- Most Consistent Defense: Katy Rockafellow, Sr., Savanna, Ill.
- Most Improved: Carissa Vietmeier, So., Forreston, Ill.
- Hardest Worker: Erin Scheiber, Jr., Sioux Falls, S.D.
- Best Positive Attitude: Katy Rockafellow, Sr., Savanna, Ill.
- Never Give Up: Heather Jansen, So., Hazel Green, Wis.

Most Valuable Teammate: Erin Scheiber, Jr., Sioux Falls, S.D.
Clarke finished the 2008 campaign with a 26-9 record. The 26 wins equalled the second-high single-season win total in school history and bettered last year's win total by one.
