The Clarke College men's volleyball team improved to 3-1 Friday night with a 3-0 non-conference road win over Milwaukee School of Engineering. Coach Chris Miron's squad took the match 30-26, 30-22, 30-18.
 
Ethan Holly and Alex Kelsheimer each had 12 kills for Clarke, while Alex Wilharm had 11 kills and shared match honors in digs with 13.
 
Clarke outhit the host Raiders .400 to .147.
 
Glenn Frazee led MSOE with a match-high 15 kills.
 
MSOE's season record slipped to 1-4.
 
Clarke will open MAMVIC play on Wednesday, Jan. 28 at Moody Bible Institute.
 
Clarke will make its 2009 home debut on Friday, Jan. 30, when the Crusaders host Carthage College at 5 p.m. and Park University at 7 p.m.
