Five members of Coach Sean Esterhuizen's Clarke College soccer program have been named 2009 Daktronics-National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Scholar-Athletes.

Named to the scholar-athlete list from Clarke were seniors Kraig Moore, of Kennewick, Wash., Lindy Stauffer, of Hyrum, Utah, and Natasha Waters, of Dubuque, Iowa; and juniors Shannon Ford, of Woodridge, Ill., and Katie Schmidt, of Mokena, Illinois.

A total of 256 men's soccer student-athletes earned scholar-athlete honors, while 387 women's soccer student-athletes were cited as scholar-athletes.
