Coach Chad Harris' baseball team improved to 6-2 Tuesday by sweeping the University of the Ozarks in Clarksville, Arkansas. Clarke posted a 9-4 win game one and took the nine-inning nightcap 5-2.

In game one, center fielder Jared Munson homered for the second straight day and third baseman Michael Jimenez went 3-for-4 with a pair of RBIs. Jared Krasselt was 2-for-3 with two RBIs, Josh Gust had two RBIs and Jesse Cummings homered.

Winning pitcher Steve Mabeus struck out five and walked one in evening his season mark at 1-1.

In the nightcap, winning pitcher Chris Brewer (2-1) struck out six and walked none and Justin Hass added four strikeouts in three innings of scoreless relief to pick up his second save.

Tony Harvat and J.D. Judd both went 2-for-4, while Jared Krasselt homered and drove in two runs.

Clarke will play a doubleheader at Lyon College in Batesville, Ark., on Wednesday.
