Coach Kris Dorn's Clarke College volleyball team defeated Warner University 3-1 Saturday afternoon to finish third in the 2010 Mid-America Men's Volleyball Intercollegiate Conference East Division Tournament. The host Crusaders, who dropped a 3-0 match earlier in the day to Cardinal Stritch University, improved to 25-11.
 
Warner claimed a 30-28 victory in game one and led 24-13 before the Crusaders rallied for a 30-28 win. Clarke won game three 30-20 and game four 30-28.
 
Alex Wilharm led Clarke with 13 kills and 10 blocks. Alex Kelsheimer and Travis Wills each had 12 kills for the Crusaders, while Bobby Springer added 11 kills and eight blocks.
 
Matt Redman had 45 assists and Dan Tringale had 14 digs.
 
Nick Brutus led Warner with 11 kills.
 
St. Ambrose claimed the tournament championship with a 3-1 win over Cardinal Stritch.
