Clarke College junior Kraig Moore, of Kennewick, Wash., set a new school record in the javelin with a throw of 46.98 meters Saturday at the Luther College Norse Relays in Decorah, Iowa.
 
Moore, Dan McNamara, Rob Seehan and Justin Heng placed second in the men's 4x800.
 
In women's competition, Clarke junior Jessica Nessan, of Dubuque, won the women's high jump (1.52m) and finished second in the women's 100 meter hurdles.

Junior Kari Klein, of Epworth, Iowa, took third in the women's 400 meter hurdles with a time of 1:09.45.
 
Clarke finished fourth in both the men's and women's final standings.
