
Clarke College has landed a spot in the 2010 NAIA Men's Volleyball National Invitational Tournament. Coach Kris Dorn's sixth-seeded Crusaders will join five other teams in the tournament, which will be contested on April 22-24 at St. Ambrose University in Davenport.
Clarke, 25-11 overall, will meet top-seeded California Baptist University at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 22. The Crusaders will face third-seeded Missouri Baptist University at 12:30 p.m. on Friday.
Clarke and California Baptist are joined in Pool A by No. 3 seed Missouri Baptist.
Pool B consists of second-seeded Hope International University, fourth-seeded St. Ambrose and fifth-seeded Cardinal Stritch University.
The tournament will conclude on Saturday with a 7 p.m. championship match
