Top-seeded California Baptist University posted a 3-0 win over sixth-seeded Clarke College Thursday afternoon at the NAIA Men's Volleyball National Invitational Tournament in Davenport, Iowa. Cal Baptist claimed the pool play match 30-22, 30-16, 30-19.
 
Clarke junior Alex Wilharm, of Decorah, Iowa, hit .320 for Coach Kris Dorn's Crusaders, while junior Alex Kelsheimer, of St. Louis, Mo., added eight kills and five blocks.
 
Levi Cabral led Cal Baptist, 20-11, with 10 kills.
 
Clarke, 25-11, will continue pool play action on Friday, facing third-seeded Missouri Baptist University at 12:30 p.m.
