
Clarke University senior Alex Wilharm had a match-high 17 kills Wednesday to lead the Crusaders to a 3-0 Mid-America Men's Volleyball Intercollegiate Conference victory over Cardinal Stritch University at the Robert and Ruth Kehl Center. Bobby Springer added nine kills for the Crusaders, who improved to 4-1 overall and 2-0 in MAMVIC play with a 25-19, 26-24, 25-23 win.

Clarke outhit Cardinal Stritch (1-3, 1-1 MAMVIC) .282 to .219. The Crusaders hit .300 in set one, .353 in set two, and .194 in the deciding set.
Scott Golden led the Wolves with 12 kills.
Clarke will continue MAMVIC play on Friday when Coach Kris Dorn's squad travels to Chicago to face St. Xavier University at 7 p.m.
