Call to order 7:05pm

I. Introductions

II. Team Service Projects

a. Must correlate with NAIA core values

b. One per team

c. Out in the Dubuque community; not just a collection- Ex. Volunteering at a hospital

d. Team representatives responsible for talking to team and handing in form for approval

e. Contact Liz Garthwright for assistance on finding projects and to approve projects

f. Report back to Champs once completed

III. Adopt a Highway

a. Champs group service project

b. Date?

IV. Weekly Schedule Flyers

a. Committee to create flyer that includes weekly home contests, time, location and opposing team

b. Turn in flyers by Friday for a approval and display on following Monday

V. Mascot Committee

a. Mariah Bolin, Peter Dudek, Ethan Holly, Colleen Dansart, and Emmy Kostka

b. Meet to look over entries; invite Curt Long and Jamie Specht

VI. Student Athlete of the Month

a. Nominations

b. Winner- Jason Fuller, men's cross country
